Last-minute cancellations, defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be charged 100% of the service booked. No-shows will also be charged the full service amount. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and short-notice cancellations or failure to arrive do not allow sufficient time to accommodate another client. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our time and ensure fairness to all clients. By booking, you agree to these terms, and a card on file is required for all appointments.
